This notice applies to the pilot application form on orithos.com.au. The business contact and retention period will be published before the form is enabled for public use.
What the form collects
Request type (guided demo, pilot or both), name, work email, optional phone number, business type, store count, current POS and the operational priorities you choose to share.
Why we use it
To review your request for a guided demo or pilot and contact you about it. Do not submit payment information or individual customer details.
How it is handled
The form sends the request to the configured Orithos sales inbox. It is not written to the POS database. Access is limited to the team handling pilot requests.
Your choices
To ask about or correct information submitted, reply to the Orithos team using the email address from which we contact you.
